01 · WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Reports. Pricing. Quotes.
You price repairs on equipment already installed in commercial facilities. This is not project estimating.
Review technician field reports, photos, equipment nameplates, and scope notes, and flag gaps before a quote goes out.
Build repair and service quotes for commercial units 25 tons and under.
Price each job with set labor rates, material markups, and margin targets.
Source parts from vendors and distributors, and confirm availability and lead times.
Own the quote queue and follow up until quotes become approved work orders.
Quote standard repairs the same business day against a weekly scorecard. The quota bonus rewards accuracy and margin, not volume alone.
02 · WHO THIS IS FOR
Bring your HVAC experience.
Direct HVAC industry experience, ideally in commercial HVAC service or repair.
Experience in HVAC estimating, service pricing, repair quoting, or purchasing.
Knowledge of HVAC labor costs, materials, parts pricing, markups, and profit margins.
Strong English, with clear professional writing to coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Preferred experience:
ServiceTitan or other HVAC service management software.
Commercial HVAC repair and maintenance.
Parts sourcing and vendor price comparisons.
Not a fit if your background is only new construction, plan takeoffs, or bid packages.
